PGA Class A professional Chuck Scoggins has over 16 years of experience as a Teaching Professional, and has helped countless golfers improve their game and get more enjoyment out of golf.

In addition to teaching adults of all abilities, Chuck has been a leader in the Georgia junior golf community. He's been recognized as a U.S. Kids Top 50 Junior Instructor, has had over 30 junior students of his go on to play collegiate golf, and was the Coach of the 2010 Georgia State Class 5A Champion.

Andrew Cartwright; City Club Marrietta; Marrietta, GA
PGA Class A professional Andrew Cartwright is a tremendous instructor and enjoys teaching golf to players of all experience levels.

While playing collegiate golf, Andrew earned the Cleveland Golf All American Scholar award. Following college, Andrew began his professional career at Atlanta Athletic Club, then on to Ansley Golf Club where he initiated and grew their junior instruction program.

Andrew focuses on developing strong fundamentals, and works with students to make minimal changes while getting the greatest results possible.

Tim Foster; Bears Best Golf Club; Suwanee, GA
Tim Foster is a PGA Class A professional, and currently serves as the Director of Instruction at the prestigious Bears Best, Atlanta.

Tim is widely respected for his ability to communicate with players of all skill levels. Tim's students have included a USGA Publinks Champion, a LPGA Tour winner, a 3-time qualifier for the USGA Junior Amateur and numerous college and professional players.

Tim has worked as a head golf professional for 17 years and in 1995 was recognized as the Central Illinois Golf Professional of the Year.

Tim uses the latest in video and computer analysis to aid students in understanding swing mechanics and improving their game.

Instructors are PGA Class A professionals who have completed a multi-year series of work, study and training in every aspect of golf. They have passed an aptitude test and must maintain his or her expertise through continuing education programs.

Yes, this experience is weather dependent. In the event your lesson is canceled due to weather, you will be able to reschedule your lesson with your instructor.

What to Wear:
All golfers must wear proper golf attire, including golf slacks or golf shorts and appropriate golf shoes. Men must wear collared shirts and women must wear appropriate golf shirts.

Booking Information:
It is recommended to request bookings 14 - 30 days in advance. Lesson dates and times are subject to your instructor's availability.

Cancellation Policy:
Prior to scheduling/booking a date for this experience, Cloud 9's standard return and exchange policy shall apply. Once you have scheduled a lesson with your instructor, no returns or exchanges are allowed. Rescheduling will be subject to your selected instructor's rescheduling policy.

  1. Will my lesson be with a famous professional golfer like Phil Mickelson or Sergio Garcia?
    No, your lesson will not be with a famous golfer from the professional tour. Rather, your lesson will be with a qualified instructor who has received his Class A certification from the Professional Golfers' Association (PGA).
  2. What is a PGA Class A Professional?
    All of our instructors have been certified by the Professional Golf Association (PGA) as Class A professionals. In order to receive their PGA Class A, he or she must have completed a multi-year series of work, study and training in every aspect of golf, must pass an aptitude test, and must maintain his or her expertise through continuing education programs.
  3. What will the lesson focus on?
    Whatever you want or need?  This lesson is fully customizable for golfers of all levels, from beginners to experienced golfers looking to hone their skills.  Areas of instruction may include driving, putting, chipping, proper body alignment, grip, posture, ball position, swing mechanics and more.
