Legends and Lore Tour

Description:
This tour will give you a look at the City of Atlanta's darker side as we share local anecdotes and legends. The journey will take you on a spine tingling trip through downtown Atlanta from Centennial Olympic Park to the Capitol and all points in between.

Hear about Atlanta's most sinister characters and haunted happenings from the famous to the not so famous. The tour will roll through Fairlie-Poplar District in downtown and down Peachtree Street where tales of local legends are told. Then on to Georgia State University to hear about ghosts that haunt the campuses of Atlanta.

Enjoy a thrilling and one of a kind way to see Atlanta, as well as a great opportunity to experience how much fun Segways are to operate.

Availability:
Mid March - August: Wednesdays and Fridays at 6pm.
September - November: Daily at 6pm.

Essential Information:
Each of our tours begins with a 30 minute orientation session. You will practice on the Segways so that everyone feels comfortable and ready to go out and conquer Atlanta.

The Segway is appropriate for virtually anyone 12 and older. The recommended weight limit is 260lbs, and they ask guests to be within a reasonable range of this limit. Unfortunately, pregnant women will not be permitted to participate.

Damage Deposit Authorization on a credit card of $500 is required prior to the tour.

The experience is for participants only

Weather Dependent:
The segways are able to operate efficiently in the rain; therefore this experience will go on in the event of rain and ponchos are provided. However, tours do not operate in lighting and extreme weather conditions so please be sure to contact your Experience provider in these situations.

What to Wear:
Casual attire, comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather.

For this experience, it is recommended to request bookings 30 days in advance.

Cancellation Policy:
Prior to scheduling/booking a date for this experience, Cloud 9's standard return and exchange policy shall apply. Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given. Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience, failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event your experience is canceled due to inclement weather you will reschedule your experience directly with your experience provider.
