Carol's company constantly gets great reviews for their attention to detail and fantastic service.
The Featured Experience Provider segment is a chance for us and our customers to get to know more about the incredible individuals that provide our experiences. They are the true masters of their craft, having years of experience providing customers an opportunity to check something off their bucket list. They are entrepreneurs who, in many cases, left steady jobs at large corporations to pursue the American Dream, creating thousands of unforgettable memories for many along the way. Today we talk with Carol Wrenn, one of the amazing people behind our helicopter tours in New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia. Carol shares with us her favorite things about their tours and some great and memorable customer experiences. Above all, it becomes clear (once again) that we work with experience providers that are simply the best at what they do in their part of the country.
What do you love about the experiences you offer?
Often are customers are people who have never flown in a helicopter. Our tours give them a chance to see the local area from a different perspective. Our Learn to Fly demos give people an opportunity to learn about how helicopters work while also allowing them to try their hand at flying. Helicopters are really fun. The coolest sensation is hovering 5 feet above the ground. We love to share our love for helicopter flying with others.
What are some of your most memorable customer experiences?
We have had a bunch of memorable experiences, from dropping fortune cookies out of the helicopter for a camp event to being in a rappers video. We have had people propose on our tours, carried film crews to capture footage, dropped people off for weddings with our charter service, dropped golf balls from the helicopter for a club golf event. From our perspective, the best part of our experience is watching our customers get out of the helicopter with huge smiles on their faces.
What do you like about working with Cloud 9 Living?
Cloud 9 is so easy to work with. They are great to communicate with and always follow through with what they agree to do.
What other Cloud 9 Living experience would you most like to do?
I would love to try skydiving. Maybe one day...
What is the one thing that people can expect to feel or experience when they go on one of your experiences?
Everyone should know that safety comes first in our operation. Our pilots are well trained and our helicopters are well maintained. We work hard to make sure your experience with us exceeds your expectations.
