What is a typical day like?
This driving experience begins with a 10-page handout and a 1-hour classroom orientation. Here you will learn vehicle dynamics, racing lines and safety instruction. After the orientation, an instructor will take you for a few laps in a passenger vehicle (typically a van) to demonstrate the ideal racing line of the track. Now it's time to head over to pit road for a firesuit and helmet. Pick a racecar, get buckled in and wait for the command to fire up your engine. Proceed to the track for a warm-up session of 3 laps covering radio contact, passing, proper lines, braking and acceleration points. Scrub the tires and start building speed before you finally receive the command to start! Note: The first 3 laps of all packages will be warm-up laps with the remaining laps under a full green flag.
