"Chef Joe was amazing! He was prompt, extremely lively, and interacted with all the guests. The food was fantastic. Everything was delicious and well timed throughout the entire evening. He gave us good cooking techniques as well. I would definitely recommend Joe to my friends. It was a lot of fun. "
"Chef Joe cooked us an absolutely amazing meal! Not only was the food terrific, but he was so great and really made an effort to make sure we didn't feel rushed. He made everything from the planning to the clean-up so seamless. We highly recommend Chef Joe!"
"The experience got started on a very wrong note because it took two or three phone calls from me over three or four weeks for the chef who was giving the lesson to get in touch. The Cloud 9 office said the time was confirmed, but I had questions for the chef himself that understandably the office couldn't answer. Then he arrived an hour later than he said he'd be here, with no contact until he was 50 minutes late and lost. I don't remember hearing an apology. He was very well prepared and the time spent was enjoyable, but the tardy start set the initial mood. "
