"The experience was great. My only recommendation would be a more organized or informative process after signing in at the trailer. After signing in around 30 minutes early, I was told to go get a suit on which I did. I asked the woman running the suit station if I should grab a helmet and she stated "not yet" and to take a seat in the grass and they would announce from there. After a few people went out I, along with a few other participants, realized no one was paying attention to us so we went up to the pit and the crew there said we were supposed to have a helmet and be standing at the front right away. Because we didn't, our 12pm ride time was not completed until 1pm, after everyone else was complete. As minor of an inconvenience as that is, it could have been handled better."

"This was such an organized and great experience. The entire team at the ride made us feel very welcome. The booking and information by Cloud 9 Living was excellent. They kept us informed along the way. Great experience all around. We plan on returning next year and actually driving. Thanks again for the great experience!"

"Overall great ride once we were in the cars. Very unorganized at the race track, no real order or clarification on where and what to do. Just basically listened for our names and hoped for the best. Little confusion on the prices of pictures in the end, they told us 1 price and charged us another, and after calling to ask about the prices we received no call back and explanation. I will recommend the Cloud 9 Living website and I loved my experience, but the people who ran it need some help in the business and customer service aspect of their racing experience. "
