What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
Our Standard Return Policy states that all purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase, free of charge. And if your recipient wishes to Exchange their experience for another one, they can do so at any time.
Do I have to book a date at the time of purchase?
No, you don’t need to book a date for the experience at the time of purchase. Your gift recipient will be able to book their experience for a date convenient to them whenever they are ready. If you want to schedule a date for the experience now, simply give us a call at (866) 525-6839.
What are my delivery options?
Your certificate can be emailed directly to your recipient (either immediately or you can schedule it to be sent at a later date) or you can email it to yourself to print later. You will also be able to print the certificate after checkout in both instances.
Do your certificates expire?
No. Our certificates never expire.
Is my personal information safe?
