What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
Our Extended Holiday Return Policy states that all purchases made between November 10, 2015 - December 31, 2015 can be returned until January 31, 2016 free of charge. If your recipient wishes to Exchange their experience for another one, they can do so at any time, free of charge, either online or by calling us.
When do I choose a date?
If you are giving an experience as a gift, your recipient will be able to book a date that is convenient for them. If you would like to book on their behalf or book an experience for yourself, you will be prompted to submit a date after checkout.
What are my delivery options?
Your certificate can be emailed directly to your recipient (either immediately or you can schedule it to be sent at a later date) or you can email it to yourself to print later. You will also be able to print the certificate after checkout in both instances.
Do your certificates expire?
No. Our certificates never expire.
