Ritual-based Red Flower aromatherapy massage focuses on the special needs of your body while hydrating and nourishing skin. Available in scents of Indian Jasmine, Moroccan Rose and French Lavender, with a corresponding tea served after massage. In addition, you will receive a Red Flower candle and pouch of Urbāna tea to take home and extend the experience.

Cancellation Policy:
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 14 days prior to the Experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 14 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your Experience.

What time should I arrive for my experience?
We recommend that you arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will give you the chance to kick back and relax in the lounge area, enjoy the music, and sample the many complimentary teas available.

Do you allow children at the spa?
Guests must be at least 18 years of age.

What if I am late for my appointment?
If you are running late for an appointment, please contact the spa and they will try to make adjustments so that you can enjoy all the time scheduled. However, please understand that this will not always be possible. If you are late, you will be responsible for the payment of the entire service scheduled.

What is the cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the spa will charge half the price of the service. For no shows, the entire service cost is charged. For groups of 3 to 5, the cancellation policy is 48 hours notice.

What is the gratuity policy?
Gratuity can be put on a credit card or paid in cash. The appropriate gratuity is between 15% and 20%, and gratuity envelopes are located at the front desk.

Do I need to discuss health or medical conditions?
You will have the opportunity to disclose information in the medical questionnaire you will fill out prior to your appointment. Complete honesty will ensure that you have the best experience possible at the spa.

Are a robe and slippers provided?
No. Since the lounge is co-ed, you will wear the clothing you came in until you go in to receive your service. A sheet or towel will be used to drape the body during all massages.
