Description:
Spice up your workout with this Latin influenced aerobic workout! With dance styles of Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Reggaeton and Cha Cha you are sure to get a great work-out to the hot tunes of Latin music while learning Salsa body movement and style.

The focus of this class is to sweat, burn a few calories, and have a ton of fun!

Year round, typically Sunday evenings.

No experience is necessary.

4 Week Course. Each class is 75 minutes and held once a week.

What to Wear:
Comfortable attire. You will want to wear running shoes or tennis shoes and workout attire.

Booking Information:
For this experience, it is recommended to request bookings at least 14 days in advance of intended date of use.

Cancellation Policy:
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rebooking are allowed up to 14 days prior to the Experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and rebook at least 14 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your Experience.
