"We were told that we would be boarding at 12:00 and departing at 1230. When we got to Navy Pier and checked in, we were told we would begin boarding at 1:00, depart at 2:00, and that the cruise would be 3 hours instead of 2 hours. This certainly caused an alteration in other plans that we had made, thinking we would be done at 2:30 but instead were to be finished at 5:00! The food was mediocre at best. We chose to eat outside and had no wait staff available to us. We had to ask for silverwear and were never offered any drinks or even water. We had to go inside to get our own drinks. I was looking forward to this trip but found it very disappointing, and unfortunately would not recommend it to anyone."

"The boat and tour was great. However the food was just okay. For the money it's not worth it."
