Online Content Coordinator
Cloud 9 Living is looking for an Online Content Coordinator to create and publish compelling online content and social media projects. Candidates must be able to multi-task, work independently, show initiative, and meet deadlines. Ideal candidates will have a passion for writing with a number of unique voices, as well as a basic understanding of marketing concepts and the online marketplace.
The Content Coordinator will be responsible for developing, improving, and publishing online content, product listings, blog entries, press releases, and other communications intended for customers and potential customers of Cloud 9 Living. The content coordinator will also work with the Marketing Manager, Executive Vice President and other team members on a variety of social media and email marketing initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities
- Content Development: Development and publication of a variety of on and off-site content including blog entries, press releases, product descriptions, email messages, and more.
- Social Media: Build on social media presence already established by actively participating in social media channels as Cloud 9 Living to generate discussions, get feedback, manage relationships, and build the Cloud 9 Living brand
- Tracking and measuring the success of campaigns, identifying key insights, and applying those insights to future efforts
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, creative writing, public relations, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in content development, PR, or online marketing with a focus on blogging, social media, and/or ecommerce website content development
- Excellent writing and editing abilities with a passion and flare for writing with a number of unique voices (i.e. funny, emotional, matter of fact, etc)
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities in a fast paced environment while remaining focus on details
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Experience writing/publishing press releases and blog entries
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to review & analyze data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations for action
- Understanding of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Google +, etc)
"Icing on the Cake" Skills & Experience
- Working HTML knowledge
- Experience with Wordpress
- Basic graphic design/image editing software proficiency
- Knowledge of organic search ranking algorithms
- Active social media presence(s)
- SEO experience
- eCommerce experience
- Video editing/creating experience
- Web Analytics experience
