Common Questions?

Do I have to select a booking date before I buy?
No. You may purchase any of our experiences without scheduling a specific date. Your recipient will have up to one year to choose a date and time convenient to them.

What is your return policy?
Our standard refund policy is 30 days from purchase. We offer an extended holiday refund policy which stated that all purchases made between November 15, 2008 - December 31, 2008 can return their gift until January 31, 2009.

Can my recipient exchange their experience for a new one?
Absolutely. As long as they have not already scheduled the experience, they may exchange it for something else FREE OF CHARGE. If they choose a less expensive experience, they will be given store credit at Cloud 9 Living. If they choose a more expensive experience, they will simply need to pay the difference in price.

What is included in the Gift Box?
We take a lot of pride in our gift box so that you can present your recipient with something beyond their expectations. Included in each Gift Box is: Gift Certificate, Personalized Message Card, Detailed card of their experience, DVD and Brochure of sample experiences. View our Gift Box.

When is my experience available?
You can find the availability for each experience on its detail page. If there is a specific schedule, it will be posted here as well.
