Description:
The first year of life is a magical time. It's a time of growth, transformation, and when your baby starts to develop his or her own unique personality. This is the perfect opportunity to capture your baby's first year in a way you'll cherish forever.

This package includes three portrait sessions with your baby to be taken at 4 month intervals during his or her first year.

After each session, a viewing session will be arranged with your studio where you you'll get the chance to select one 5"x7" print and order any additional prints you would like.

Availability:
Daily, year-round (depending on studio availability).  We request you submit all booking requests at least 20 days in advance. Upon submitting a booking request, you will be contacted within two business days by a representative from The Click Group USA to determine your most convenient studio location. You'll then be contacted by a representative from your selected studio within 14 additional days to schedule the date/time of your portrait session.

Essential Information:
This experience is provided in conjunction with The Click Group USA, the leading network of portrait studios in the U.S.

Participants will be required to pay a fully refundable deposit of $30 to your selected studio at the time of scheduling your portraiture sessions, which will be returned to you after you attend all of your image viewing sessions. If you fail to attend your viewing sessions, this deposit will be forfeited.

Duration:
Allow 30-45 minutes for each portrait session

Maximum Participants:
One beautiful baby!

Spectators:
Yes, family members are allowed to attend and may join in for some of the photos.

Weather Dependent:
This experience is not weather dependent.

What to Wear:
To achieve great portraits, please discuss this important detail with your studio when scheduling your sessions.

Booking Information:

Cancellation Policy:
Prior to scheduling/booking a date for this experience, Cloud 9's standard return and exchange policy shall apply. Once you have scheduled a date with your studio, no refunds will be allowed; however, you may reschedule your portrait session with your studio within 7 days.

  1. Do I have to buy any prints at my viewing appointment?
    No, you are under absolutely no obligation to purchase any prints at your viewing appointment, and our studios do not employ high-pressure sales tactics.  If you do decide you'd like to purchase images from your sessions beyond the three complimentary prints, your studio will work with you to select which portraits you'd like to own and how best to present them.
  2. How do I schedule my portrait sessions?
    After you have submitted a booking request to Cloud 9 Living, you will be contacted by a representative from The Click Group USA - Cloud 9 Living's partner and leading network of portrait studios in the U.S.  The Click Group will work with you to determine the appropriate studio location for your sessions.  You'll then be contacted by a representative from your selected studio to schedule the date/time of your portrait session.
