Description:
Your Nature Snowshoe Tour is a private outing, so your guide will create a customized experience based on your interests and fitness level. Trails range from 1-6 miles, ranging from easy to challenging - so you are sure to find an adventure perfect for you.
One of the highlights of your private Snowshoeing tour is the abundance of wildlife viewing and animal tracks you will see. You may see Elk, deer, porcupine, squirrels, or many types of birds. We also commonly spot tracks from elk, coyote, red fox, weasel, porcupine, squirrels, and sometimes bobcat.
Along the way, your guide will tell you about plant communities, geology, geography, animals and birds. Hone your skills as a naturalist while on the journey. Or if you prefer, get out on the backcountry workout of your dreams.
Your guide will pick you up at the door of your hotel or residence, transport you to the trailhead, and provide all of the gear that you will need to be outfitted like a pro. Along the way, you'll enjoy a picnic lunch at a beautiful destination with panoramic views.
Relax, open up your senses, and take in all that these majestical mountains have to offer!
