Whether you are a beginner or experienced in the practice of Pilates, a private lesson with one of our certified instructors may be exactly what you need.
The Pilates Method incorporates both Eastern and Western philosophies of physical and mental conditioning that focuses on improving flexibility and strength for the overall body. It is a means to tone and firm the body through posture corrections and the reconfiguration of muscles.
Let your instructor guide you through a series of movements that will engage your mind and body leaving you with a sense of strength and balance.
Please advise instructor of any injuries so that alternative poses can be used.
This experience takes place indoors and will not be affected by weather conditions.
What to Wear:
Wear comfortable, non-baggy clothing that does not restrict movement.
For this experience, it is recommended to request bookings 5 days in advance.
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rebooking are allowed up to 14 days prior to the Experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and rebook at least 14 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your Experience.
