You'll rise gently above the earth on board a colorful hot air balloon, flown by a highly experienced, FAA certified pilot, for the adventure of a lifetime!

After soaring above the beautiful countryside, you will enjoy a traditional champagne celebration with a take-home souvenir champagne flute and a balloon pin that is a replica of the balloon in which you flew.

For 33 years your hot air balloon operator has been providing flights to guests and, to date, has flown more than 30,000 delighted passengers. The friendly and courteous staff takes great joy in sharing this unique adventure with you.

Availability:
April- November: Sunrise or Sunset flights are available 7 days a week.

Essential Information:
Participants must be at least 5 years of age and those under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian sign a participation waiver. Weight per couple should not exceed 400 pounds.

Duration:
3-4 hours total with approximately 1 hour of flight time.

Maximum Participants:
Up to 2 per balloon.

Spectators:
Friends and family may watch the balloon set up, flight and landing and may also follow the balloon in their car.

Weather Dependent:
The winds must be under 12 mph in order to fly safely. Balloons cannot fly in thunderstorms or fog. If a flight must be canceled because of uncooperative weather conditions, the flight will be rescheduled for a mutually agreeable date. Always contact the Experience provider with any questions regarding weather conditions.

What to Wear:
Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for weather conditions and closed toed shoes. A light jacket or sweater may be necessary as it is sometimes cooler in the morning.

Booking Information:
For this experience, it is recommended to request bookings at least 3 weeks in advance.

Cancellation Policy:
Prior to scheduling/booking a date for this experience, Cloud 9's standard return and exchange policy shall apply. Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given. Rescheduling is allowed up to 14 days prior to your experience, failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 14 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event your experience is canceled due to inclement weather you will reschedule your experience directly with your experience provider.
