Description:
Perfect for the beginner or anyone who has never had formal instruction, this private lesson will teach you efficient paddling technique, bracing and the hip snap to prepare you to learn to roll.
Particular emphasis will also be placed on safety issues such as trip selection and practicing both self and assisted rescues and re-entries.

What to Wear:
Wear layers of clothing that can be taken off and put on to accommodate weather changes. Cotton clothing is not recommended. All layers should retain as little of water as possible. First layer should have wicking capabilities, i.e. synthetics, polypropel
Booking Information:
For this experience, it is recommended to request bookings at least 14 days in advance of intended date of use.
Cancellation Policy:
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rebooking are allowed up to 14 days prior to the Experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and rebook at least 14 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your Experience.
