Cancellation Policy:
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and re-scheduling are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the Experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and rebook at least 48 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your Experience.

Robes and slippers are provided for your spa service.

What is the cancellation /rescheduling policy?
You must contact the spa at least 24 hours prior to your experience in order to re-schedule or cancel your appointment.

How can I pay the gratuity after my experience?
If your experience was a relaxing one, gratuity is customary. There are envelopes located at the front desk in which you can place your gratuity. The spa takes cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. It does not accept checks.

Is there an age requirement?
The minimum age to experience treatments are as follows: 13 years old for classes; 16 years old for facials, waxing + nail services; 18 years old for massage, acupuncture and healing modalities.
