Description:
You and your FAA certified Flight Instructor will conduct a pre-flight check, go over questions you have regarding the Cessna 172 airplane or about obtaining your private pilots license and then head for the sky!
You will get to fly most of the flight and practice turns, climbs, descents and a landing or two! Watch out as either one of these 30/60 minute flights may just give you the flying bug!

Essential Information:
Plane used is a single engine Cessna 172. Participants under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian sign a waiver. Due to the volatility of fuel costs, a fuel surcharge of $30 is included in the price of this experience. Items purchased prior to 8/19/09 are subject to a $30 fuel surcharge at the time of booking.

Allowed, you can watch the plane take off and land.

For this experience, it is recommended to request bookings at least 7 days in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
Prior to scheduling/booking a date for this experience, Cloud 9's standard return and exchange policy shall apply. Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rebooking are allowed up to 14 days prior to the Experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and rebook at least 14 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your Experience.

Is the flight going to be bumpy?
The planes won't fly if conditions will make for a bumpy ride. First time flyers usually are amazed how smooth it is!

Are the planes heated or have A/C?
The planes have on board heaters and use outside air through air vents for cooling.
