Description:
Our Nature Hikes are private outings where your guide helps you to choose a great trail to a beautiful destination. These hikes are appropriate for all ability and fitness levels, and because it is a private tour you can enjoy it at your own pace.
We pick you up at the door of your hotel or residence, transport you to the trailhead, and provide all of the gear that you will need to be outfitted like a pro.
Your knowledgeable guide will give you insight to your surroundings; pointing out edible and medicinal plants, explaining how the native Americans used them and how settlers relied on nature's food and medicine.
Your experience includes a picnic lunch, typically eaten at a beautiful destination such as a rushing stream or waterfall, a wildflower meadow, or a ridgeline with an amazing panoramic view.
Typical distances are 1-6 miles. Uphill difficulty varies based on your desires and fitness levels.
