This therapeutic treatment uses slow strokes and deep cross-grain pressure to release chronic patterns of tension in the body.The result? Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rebooking are allowed up to 14 days prior to the Experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and rebook at least 14 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your Experience.

What is the cancellation/rescheduling policy?
A 24 hour notice is required to cancel a reservation. If you fail to contact the spa and let them know within this time period that you need to cancel or reschedule, the entire amount of the service will be charged.

How can I pay gratuity?
You can pay the gratuity after your experience with either cash or a debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). Gratuity from a satisfied customer is usually around 15% to 20%.
