Our customized basic facial uses pure ingredients designed for maximum results depending on your specific skin type and individual needs. A combination of cleansing, exfoliation, healing masks and moisturizing will leave your skin replenished, hydrated, purified and brighter.

For this experience, it is recommended to request bookings 14 days in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and re-booking are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the Experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and rebook at least 48 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your Experience.

Is spa attire provided?
Yes. Upon checking in you will be given a robe and slippers to wear and a locker where you can place your personal possessions.

When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. This will allow time for you to fill out an intake form if it is your first visit there, relax and unwind in the spa lounge.

How can I pay gratuity?
The spa accepts Visa and Mastercard, as well as cash and checks with proper identification. Gratuity is normally anywhere from 15% to 20% of the cost of your service.

What is the cancellation/re-scheduling policy?
You must give at least 24 hours notice in order to change or cancel an existing reservation. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the loss of the total value of your experience.

How can I disclose any medical conditions or preferences?
You will have the opportunity to disclose any medical conditions in the "Booking Notes" section of our Booking Request. You will also fill out a questionnaire at the spa where you can disclose any information you feel necessary as well.

What if I have a gender preference for my therapist?
You will have the opportunity to note your preference of the gender of your therapist during the booking process with Cloud 9 Living.

Are children allowed?
No. The spa asks that you make childcare arrangements prior to your visit. There are no facilities for children at the spa.
