This Pilates for Golfers session is an ideal exercise class aimed to increase the strength and flexibility for any golfer. Pilates works several muscle groups simultaneously through smooth, continuous motion with a particular concentration on strengthening and flexibility.
The goal of this class is to improve your concentration, centering, control, precision, flow and breath- all key ingredients to success in the greatest game on earth!
