Description:
Experience real life racing thrills by riding shotgun in a Sprint Cup style stock car driven by one of our professional instructors as you hit speeds exceeding 150 MPH on a real NASCAR track.
After learning the basics about the car, it's time to strap on your helmet and racing suit and buckle up for your high-speed adventure!
Ride & Drive Combo:
For those of you who want the best of both worlds, select our Ride & Drive combo package. You'll start by riding passenger with a professional driver for 5 heart-pumping laps. Then it's your turn to get behind the wheel and push your limits for 10 high-speed laps of racing. This is the ultimate racecar experience!
You're in for the ride of your life, so hang on tight!

Essential Information:
Participants under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian sign a consent form. For the Ride & Drive combo package, ability to drive manual transmission is helpful but not required.
Duration:
Ride Alongs: 3 Laps or 5 Laps. Please plan on being at the track approximately 1 to 1.5 hours for sign in, safety overview, racing, personal time, etc. For Ride & Drive combo package: Approximately 4 hours.

Spectators:
Yes. We encourage family and friends to come and share the experience! They can sit in the grandstand or go down in the pits. And don't forget to bring a camera!
Weather Dependent:
This experience is weather dependent. Always contact the experience provider with any questions regarding weather conditions.
What to Wear:
Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for weather conditions and closed toed shoes, preferably tennis shoes. Bring a cooler, water, sunglasses, sun screen and camera!
Booking Information:
For this experience, it is recommended to request bookings at least 30 days in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
Prior to scheduling/booking a date for this experience, Cloud 9's standard return and exchange policy shall apply. Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, all bookings for this experience are final and no exchanges or refunds are allowed.

Is there an age limit?
All participants in the Ride Alongs must be at least 16 years of age. To participate in the Ride & Drive combo package participants must be at least 16 years of age with a valid driver's license. If a student is under 18 years old, a parent or guardian must be present with the student and sign the insurance waiver.

What should I wear?
Helmet and fire suit are provided. We suggest you wear tennis shoes for driving (if you don't already have driving shoes). It's also a good idea to wear something that will be comfortable under your driving suit such as shorts or sweats and a T-shirt or sweatshirt depending upon the weather. You are welcome to bring your own equipment if you have
it. -
How fast will I go?
The cars are capable of 160mph+ at Atlanta Motor Speedway & Lowe's Motor Speedway, and 150mph+ at Darlington Raceway.

Are there any height or weight restrictions?
There are no specific height or weight restrictions; however please let us know if you are taller than 6'6" or weigh more than 300 pounds because you may have difficulty fitting into the car.

How long are the tracks?
Atlanta Motor Speedway is a 1.54 mile oval track.
Lowe's Motor Speedway is a 1.5 mile oval track.
Darlington Racway is a 1.3 mile oval track. -
What happens if it rains?
An event may be canceled or postponed due to weather conditions. A decision will be made based on the severity of the weather. Events have continued for the entire day despite a 70 percent chance of rain that never occurred. Since students join us from many parts of the country and world, we make every effort to make an event happen. You have the option to call ahead and reschedule your date if you do not want to chance the weather.

What is the re-scheduling/cancellation policy?
You may reschedule your date at anytime. We understand that events may occur that are beyond your control. Please just give us a call and let us know that you need to reschedule. No shows are subject to a 100% forfeiture of all monies paid.
