Step aboard for a lunchtime experience on the Potomac River that you won't soon forget.
When you step aboard, you will be greeted by a crew member who will kindly escort you to your seat. From here, feel free to order drinks and relax at your table or start to explore the ship along our outdoor strolling decks.
During the dining part of the cruise, you are free to make as many visits to the Grande Buffet as you wish. While you eat, we'll entertain you with a fascinating narrated tour of Washington DC's historic landmarks as well as some impressive renditions of your favorite tunes.

Cancellation Policy:
Prior to scheduling/booking a date for this experience, Cloud 9's standard return and exchange policy shall apply. Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the Experience. Failure to appear on your booked date, cancel, or reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your Experience.

"Boarding Time" is the earliest our guests may board the ship. Typically we begin boarding 1/2 hour prior to the "Cruise Time."

Where does the cruise go?
Our ships cruise past several historic and National sites along the Potomac River including the Washington Monument, Fort McNair, General's Row, Old Town Alexandria and the Torpedo Factory, to name a few.

How do I get to the ship?
Our ships are docked at Pier 4 where 6th & Water Streets meet in SW Washington, DC., and we also dock at National Harbor, Maryland at the Pier & Terminal.

What type of entertainment is offered?
Sit back and relax on one of our climate-controlled decks. Dine on the bountiful buffet. Watch your talented wait-staff as they delight you with their up-beat renditions of popular favorites. Then kick it into high gear as your DJ spins popular dance hits.

Is the ship handicap accessible?
Yes. Our ship can accommodate wheelchairs for boarding and restrooms. Please notify us of any special-assistance members in your party prior to the cruise so we can provide the appropriate assistance upon arrival.

What type of food is offered?
Our cruises feature all-you-can-eat lunch and dinner buffets with delicious choices prepared on board by our executive chefs and their galley staffs. With advance notice, we can accommodate requests for kosher meals, and we can arrange special meals for guests with allergies. Other specialty menus are available for groups and deck or full-ship charters.

Are gratuities included in the price package?
Yes. They are included in the cost, however alcoholic beverages or any additional costs are not included.

What do drinks cost?
Mixed drinks start at $6.00 for standard brand liquors, $8.00 for premium drinks. All beer is sold by the bottle, with domestic beers for $5.00 and imports for $6.00. Wine begins at $5.00 per glass. Soft drinks are $2.00 each and juice is available for $2.00 each. These prices do not include tax and gratuity. Coffee and tea are included in your ticket price. Prices are subject to change.

If my party is not able to make it or we miss the ship will we receive a refund?
Prior to scheduling/booking a date for this experience, Cloud 9's standard return and exchange policy shall apply. Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, there are No Refunds. However with a 48-hour notice we will be happy to reschedule your cruise date, however if you miss your Lunch Cruise without notice, we will not be able to re-schedule. How is seating arranged on board?
Our ships feature cabaret-style seating. The majority of our tables accommodate four to eight people and guests are sometimes seated with other parties.

Can you tell me a little about the ship?
This beautiful vessel is spaciously designed with three completely separate indoor decks that feature a comfortable, climate-controlled environment, stylish décor and huge panoramic windows. It also boasts the largest outdoor patio deck in DC. It is handicap accessible and Coast Guard approved for up to 600 passengers. Amenities include full service bars, two dance floors/staging areas, spacious bathrooms and flexible seating arrangements.

What is your smoking policy?
All interior areas of our ship are non-smoking areas. Passengers who smoke may do so on the outdoor observation decks.

Absolutely. Our ships are fully enclosed and climate-controlled for your comfort. We sail rain or shine year round.
