The electric Roadsters used meet the necessary federal standards for these vehicles to be legal on roads with a posted speed limit of 35mph or less. Please remember that all driving laws from the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia do apply. All citations will affect the driver's record with motor vehicles.
