Description:
As your aircraft reaches an altitude of over 13,000 feet your instructor tells you its time. Your heart starts pounding from the adrenaline and excitement as you inch closer to the open aircraft door.

You peer over the edge and then, in a split second, you are on the most exciting thrill ride of your life with an expert instructor at your side.

As you fly through clouds at approximately 120 mph, for nearly a minute, you feel a complete and total sense of freedom not found anywhere else in the world.

Once the parachute has been deployed, you will have four to five minutes of time to enjoy the view, learn about canopy control, practice for the landing, and just enjoy the ride.

All tandem jumpmasters have earned the USPA's highest rating and have thousands of jumps to their credit.

The owner of the drop zone is the Director of Safety and Training for the U.S. Parachute Association.  You are in good hands!

Availability:
Year Round, weekends.  Jump times are 9am, Noon & 3pm.

Location(s):
Middle Peninsula Regional Airport, West Point, VA

Essential Information:
Participants must be at least 18 years of age and weigh no more than 230 pounds. A DVD is available for an additional cost on the day of your jump.

Duration:
3 hours total, but plan on being there 6 hours in case of delays.

1 per jump

Weather Dependent:
This experience is weather dependent.  Always contact the Experience provider with any questions regarding weather conditions.

What to Wear:
Wear comfortable clothes that are appropriate for the time of year. Sweat shirts and sweat pants work best for colder weather and shorts and t-shirts are good for summer. A good pair of tennis shoes work best for foot protection.

Booking Information:
For this experience, it is recommended to request bookings at least 14 days in advance.

Cancellation Policy:
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the Experience will result in a cancellation fee of $50.  Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and rebook at least 7 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your Experience.
