Description:
Our adventure tour begins in the backcountry of the Ponderosa forest, where you'll discover the history of the area, from Native American peoples to the first tourists.
Along the way we'll be on the lookout for wildlife, with a chance to see deer, elk, turkey and other species that inhabit the area. As we near the Grand Canyon, we join the old stagecoach route from Flagstaff, and learn about hardships early tourists experienced as they came to visit this majestic work of nature.
We arrive at historic Grandview Point at 7,406 feet elevation. As one of the highest points along the rim of the Grand Canyon, this spot provides breathtaking views.
Throughout your tour, you'll learn about the rich history of the region, including how early prospectors seeking mineral wealth turned from mining copper ore to enticing visitors to the area.

Jeep tour was a fantastic way to see the grand canyon. The tour guide Johnny was very knowledgeable of the area, polite and fun to be with, I would definately recommend seeing the canyon this way.
