Begin your class enjoying a Rainbow Lettuce Wrap, a delicious and colorful appetizer as you mingle with other guests.  Then it's on to the cooking!

The 5 key points of stir frying will be explained and every dish chosen will illustrate a different stir-fry combination.

You will also get the scoop on Asian brands and where to find them.

Armed with your new found knowledge you can now create hundreds of your own wok masterpieces.

Menu for the class:

• Rainbow lettuce with ground turkey, hoisin sauce & crunchy pumpkin seeds
• Easy stir fry veggies with an Asian twist
• Shrimp with asparagus, carrot & topped with cashews
• Tilapia with zucchini, squash & bell peppers in spicy brown bean sauce

Availability:
Weekends from 12:00 - 3:00 pm and weekdays from 6:30 - 9:30 pm.  Traveling cooking classes are held in different venues, therefore time and place are subject to change.

Essential Information:
For ages 12 and up.

Duration:
3 hours : Wednesday 7pm -10pm or 12pm - 3pm for Saturdays

There will be 15 or so students per class.
