While the experience was very enjoyable, I must say, the nicest person through the entire transaction with cloud nine was "Laura" -- i believe her last name was Bischoff? I hope I am spelling that somewhat close to what it's supposed to be. In a nutshell, I just found Laura to be very friendly and quite responsive; calling back promptly when i had a question. for this reason alone -- I would recommend cloud nine. Thank you once more.
