Marty Fleckman; Blackhorse Golf Club; Cypress, TX
Marty Fleckman is a PGA Class A Pro, and received the prestigious 2007 Teacher of the Year award for the Southern Texas PGA. Marty has been inducted into the Texas Golf Hall of Fame, and in 2006 was inducted into the University of Houston Hall of Fame.

Marty is a PGA teaching professional endorsed by legendary instructor Jim Hardy, and breaks the game of golf down for his students into its elements to teach you to play it the way it should be played. Marty utilizes V-1 Digital video analysis technology to allow rapid adjustments to your technique. Marty also helps students develop effective pre-shot routines to properly aim and line up your shot, and teaches the concepts of course management.

In 1964 Marty won the Texas State Amateur Championship, and he won the 1965 NCAA individual championship while attending University of Houston. A member of the United States Walker Cup team in 1967, Marty is one of only four players in the history of the PGA Tour to win his first tour event.

Matt Swanson; Swanson Golf Center; Houston, TX
PGA Class A professional Matt Swanson is the Director of Golf at Swanson's School of Golf, and has been named one of America's Top 10 teachers under 40.

Matt's instruction has been featured on KTRK-TV Channel 13's Shell Houston Open News Special, as well as in the Houston Chronicle, Texas Golfer, Golf Tips, Gulf Coast Golfer and Maximum Golf.

Matt's teaching philosophy is to assess each student's ability, desire and commitment to practice; and then develop a teaching plan specifically for that golfer. He believes it is imperative to assess all aspects of a student's game; including driving, iron play, short game and mental approach.

Matt uses a combination of teaching aids, from the state-of-the-art V1 Digital Video System to simple beach balls, to help the student see and feel the movement that they are trying to change.

A former member of the Texas Cup Team and the 1996 Southern Texas PGA Player of the Year, Matt competed in three PGA Tour events and two Nike Tour events. Matt is a graduate of the University of Houston and a former member of the Marine Corps Reserve.
