"We enjoyed our tour guide, Travis. We were scheduled for three wineries. At the first two (Hart and Leoness) service was good. However, at the third winery we received horrible service. We didn't use the tickets we were issued. All 5 of us on the tour agreed to leave, without purchasing anything. We asked Travis to go to one more winery. Travis was awesome and took us without any worries. The last winery gave good service to us, so I purchased a bottle. The wine at these wineries was ok but not great. I only purchased 1 bottle, but of out obligation not for the quality. I wish we have gone to some of the bigger wineries. We would have been happier if we had mixed it up, maybe with one of the bigger wineries than all boutiques. Our over experience from service for our Tour Guied and Cloud9 Living was GREAT. but wine and winery experience not so good. Thank you Maurne Seifert "
