Description:
Amargosa Means 'Big Dune' and they are so steep and so tall that you're not likely to get to the top of many of the larger dunes here, but we know you'll have fun trying!

This is a free roaming adventure where, after learning how to drive the buggies and to properly navigate the sand dunes, you will given free reign to go for it and explore all on your own.

Our staff stays on site and is there to assist whenever needed and to make sure you're having a safe adventure.

With peaks of over 500 feet, these are the tallest dunes in North America! One of the best features are the huge 'bowls' formed between the peaks and valleys of the large dunes. Here you will find yourself speeding towards the top then racing towards the bottom only to race back up the other side, turn around and repeat!

Go Big with this once in a lifetime adventure driving a dune buggy at Amargosa Dunes!

Availability:

Year round, Dawn til Dusk, 7 days a week.

Pick Up Times: 7:00am & 10:00am.

Essential Information:

  • Minimum age to participate is 4 years old and 16 years old to drive.
  • Round trip transportation from your Las Vegas resort is provided and it takes approximately 2 hours to reach the starting point.
  • All equipment, fuel, park entrance fee and water is provided and included in the purchase price.
  • There is a $300 cash or credit deposit required on all rentals.
  • Cars are handicap accessible with all hand driving for participants able to get in and out of the vehicle on their own.
  • Due to the inherent risks, pregnant women are not allowed to participate.

*4 Seat Buggies accommodate 2 adults in the front and 2 kids up to 100lbs in the rear seats. area.

This experience does need a minimum booking of 4 vehicles to run.

Duration:
3 hour adventure, 8 hour total time from hotel to hotel

Maximum Participants:
8 buggies per excursion

Spectators:
Not Allowed

Weather Dependent:
This experience is not weather dependent. In the case of rain, jackets are provided.

What to Wear:
Long sleeves, sweatpants and sneakers. Sweatpants because they are typically elastic at the ankles and keep the sand out.

Booking Information:
For this experience, it is recommended to request bookings 14 days in advance.

Cancellation Policy:
Prior to scheduling/booking a date for this experience, Cloud 9's standard return and exchange policy shall apply. Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final.
