Gratuity is not included in this package; 15-20% is suggested at the time of your service.

To take advantage of the many amenities that are provided for you during your visit, please arrive 15 - 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Enjoy the sauna and steam rooms. Please remember to turn off your cell phones. Locker, robe, sandals and a towel are provided. Undergarments are optional during the treatments.

Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rebooking are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the Experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and rebook at least 48 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your Experience.

  1. What is the spa attire?
    Robe and slippers are provided for your spa service. Undergarments are optional during the treatments.
  2. What is the cancellation/rescheduling policy?
    A 48 hour notice is required to cancel a reservation. If you fail to contact the spa and let them know within this time period that you need to cancel or reschedule, the entire amount of the service will be charged.
  3. What are the facilities like?
    The spa has a sauna and steam rooms, as well as special blend organic teas to enhance your relaxing experience.
  4. When should I arrive for my appointment?
    You should arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to take advantage of the many amenities provided at the spa.
  5. What if I have a preference of the gender of my therapist?
    You can specify your gender preference for your therapist when you submit a booking request.
  6. Where should I make note of any medical conditions?
    You can place special notes  about any medical conditions or special needs you may require during your service in the "Booking Notes" section of the booking request, as well as on the intake questionnaire at the spa. Disclosure of this information will ensure each customer a safe and relaxing spa experience.
  7. How can I pay gratuity?
    You can pay the gratuity after your experience with either cash or a debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). Gratuity from a satisfied customer is usually around 15% to 20%.
