Mr. Blue's consumer-oriented food and wine critiques - The Blue Lifestyle Minute - are broadcast several times daily on KFWB radio in Los Angeles and WCBS radio in New York. In 2001, the first year it was entered, he won a James Beard award for his radio show.

For 23 years, Mr. Blue has been the Wine & Spirits Editor of Bon Apptit, the largest circulation food publication in the United States.

He is Director of the Bon Apptit Tasting Panel and has written ten books including The Complete Book of Spirits, published in October 2004 by HarperCollins and Anthony Dias Blue's Pocket Book of Wine 2006, published in 2005 by Simon & Schuster.
