My husband and I received the Peddle/Paddle tour as a Christmas present last year. We didn't redeem it until 9 months later. When we did make reservations and go we were kicking ourselves in the butt for not doing it much sooner. We enjoyed and were impressed with the whole experience. The guides were so friendly and really interacted with us. We can't wait to go again and would recommend it to anyone that enjoys the outdoors and the ocean as much as we do. The representative that helped us set up the tour was so friendly and helpful. I was impressed at how quickly they were able to set up a time for us the weekend we wanted to go.

  1. Are kayaks easy to tip over?
Kayaks aren't any tippier than canoes or any other small boats.  One advantage to kayaking is your paddle, which is held across your body helping with balance.
  2. If I can't swim, can I still go on a kayak tour?
Sure! Swimming skills are not a requirement. For safety, everyone is required to wear a Personal Flotation Device at all times while on the water.
  3. Are water, beverages or snacks available?
Yes, there are beverages, energy bars, ice creams and snacks available for purchase before or after your tour.
  4. Is gratuity included in the package price?
Gratuity is not included in the tour package. If you are happy with the service you receive, your guide will greatly appreciate any tips!
  5. Do your bikes have toe clips?
    Only 'flat' pedals are provided.
  6. Are helmets provided?
Helmets are mandatory and will be provided for you.
  7. Do you have water bottle holders on the bikes?
Yes there are water bottle holders on each bike.
