About the Chef:
Your personal chef for the evening, Jason Drysdale, grew up on one of Australia's largest culinary herb nurseries.
Here his palate began the journey of exploring and experiencing new and fresh flavors and over the past 20 years he has continued the journey all over the world, constantly expanding his culinary horizons.
From his apprenticeship with Giuseppe Pagliaricci of the acclaimed Perugino Restaurant in Perth, to becoming Executive Chef for both Star then Norwegian Cruise lines, Jason's passion and creativity speak wonders when his edible art touches your senses.

Cancellation Policy:
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rebooking are allowed up to 14 days prior to the Experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and rebook at least 14 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your Experience.
