Description:
Enjoy a twilight sailing experience you'll remember forever, cruising the Big Apple's famous harbor aboard New York's only "Tall Ship"!

Watch night fall on the city as the sun sets behind the Statue of Liberty from the unbeatable vantage point of the harbor. Relax, order a drink from the bar, and set off and leave the hustle and bustle of Manhattan behind.

You'll sail aboard the historic Clipper City, which is an exact reconstruction of the City Clipper ships that sailed the coastal lumber trade in the U.S. during the late 1800's.

This is an environmentally friendly experience, as your ship is powered by the wind with auxiliary engines fueled by an eco-friendly bio-diesel mix.

We truly enjoyed our 2 hour sail on the Clipper City Tall Ship from 7-9pm. The evening started out with a huge thunder storm while we were waiting to board the vessel, and it seemed like the sail would be called off.But because of the expert experience and good judgement of Captain Robert Griffith, we all waited out the storm on the dock, the skies soon cleared, and off we sailed to enjoy a beautiful evening aboard this magnificent vessel. Capt. Griffith and the crew were outstanding and made everyone on board feel relaxed and comfortable. We had a great time, and I have recommended the evening sail to many of our family and friends. Thank you for a most enjoyable experience! Jim & Carol Westervelt
