"This is only about the actual cruise portion of everything. Some of the bar staff was extremely rude to some of our party, even cursed at them. The pot smoking on the upper deck was ridiculous. As a guest who is pregnant, I was angry I couldn't be outside with my friends because of the pot smell everwhere (being stuck with a bunch of smokers was bad enough!). The DJ played a lot of the same songs over and over again. Some where played 3 or 4 times in the 3 hour period of the cruise! "

"The experience was decent but did leave a lot to be desired in regards to expectations. The weather was not very cooperative as it rained fairly consistently throughout the entire evening. In the confirmation email, there was reassurance that the trip would go on as scheduled rain or shine. One would assume that the vessel would be equipped with accessories like a tarp or canopy for occasions in which the weather is a factor on the experience. This was not the case. There was no accommodations for poor weather which resulted in everyone being shoehorned into the same general space for the majority of the evening. With the top deck being closed for a good portion of the evening and no outdoor bar service, it was challenging to say the least to enjoy the fruits of the VIP booking. There was also a time when the ship deviated from course to drop someone off, whom we were later informed (by a security person) was misbehaving in some way. It's unfortunate that this had to affect all passengers on board. It felt as if the intended course was noticeably altered as a result. And lastly, the food was below standard to be fair. Everything taste as if it were boiled in hot dog water. The mystery-meat tasted as such, and we were thankful that we grabbed a bite at Grand Central before we arrived."
