"I paid extra for platinum booking. Our table was almost on top of another couple's, and we were not seated next to a window. We therefore decided to relocate upstairs. However our waiter told us he would still wait on us. This didn't happen. We missed out on our arrival champagne and shrimp cocktail. We were not happy at all for this, as it was part of the package we paid for!"

"Excellent way to introduce people to skyline of New York City. Food was nicely prepared and plentiful. Only complaint is that there are three complimentary drinks: coffee, hot tea and ice tea. We asked for the complimentary ice tea but were told there wasn't any, only hot coffee and hot tea. To our waiter's credit, he gave my husband free soda in lieu of the ice tea. Everyone was very friendly, and the restrooms were clean! DJ Music was fun, and we enjoyed the fact that it was a mixed crowd, i.e., all races and ages. Highly recommend, especially for first time visitors to New York."
