Description:
Every day reveals something new in Cannon Beach. Rain, storm or shine there are amazing views all around; from the beach to the surrounding bluffs.

Cannon Beach provides the quintessential Oregon Coast experience. Framed by sea-splitting headlands and miles of beaches, this town of 1,600 residents is a blend of incredible scenic beauty, wildlife, upscale inns, fine seafood restaurants and art galleries galore.

You'll start the day with a walk through town peeking into art galleries, surf shops and local stores. Next you'll head to Whale Park, then off to take in sea lions an other sea life as you enjoy an intertidal beach walk.

Next you'll head to the secret Ecola State Park for a coastal rain forest walk with panoramic views.

Then take a short hike down to a small secluded beach where you'll enjoy a glass of local Oregon wine all the while keeping an eye out for elk, peregrine falcons, bald eagles and other sea birds.

If you're lucky and come in the Spring, you might even spot a gray whale as they cruise by on their way back to Alaska!

Essential Information:
Tour includes downtown Portland hotel pick-up or drop off (if applicable), highly qualified and knowledgeable naturalist guide, travel in adventure fitted luxury Mercedes van or jeep, On Safari lunch, morning snack and beverage, all entry fees and comprehensive commentary.

Your guides practice ecologically responsible tourism. All tours are powered by clean burning alternative bio-diesel fuel produced from domestic, renewable resources.

Duration:
Approximately 11 hours; 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Maximum Participants:
You will be accompanied by other tour participants, with a maximum of 10 per tour. For groups larger than 4 please contact Cloud 9 Living directly for pricing.

Spectators:
This experience is only for those on the tour.

What to Wear:
Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for walking and weather conditions.

Booking Information:
For this experience, it is recommended to request bookings at least 7 days in advance of intended date.

Cancellation Policy:
Prior to scheduling/booking a date for this experience, Cloud 9's standard return and exchange policy shall apply. Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no cancellations are allowed, however you may reschedule with a $20 per booking change fee.
