Description:
The Spec Racer Ford is a single seat, open cockpit, rear engine race car that provides competitive racing for drivers of all experience levels.
Your 4-hour adventure will begin with a short classroom discussion of the proper high performance driving techniques required to drive a race car. You will then be supplied with a racing suit, helmet, and gloves.
After a brief orientation of the Spec Racer Ford you will be strapped into your racecar for the most exhilarating drive of your life!
Your experience includes 3 lapping sessions at race speeds on Portland International Raceway, a 1.945 mile permanent road course located 3 miles north of downtown Portland, Oregon.
After you take the final checkered flag of your action-packed day, you will leave having experienced first-hand the exciting world of auto racing .

Essential Information:
Participants must have a valid driver?s license, be able to operate a manual transmission and must be no taller than 6'5" tall and weigh no more than 275 pounds.
Duration:
3 Hours
Maximum Participants:
Up to ten per class.
Spectators:
Family members are welcome to watch the on-track portions of the schools. Pictures can be taken during this time.
Weather Dependent:
This experience is weather dependent. Always contact the Experience provider with any questions regarding weather conditions.
What to Wear:
Comfortable clothes and laced shoes tennis shoes are recommended. Racing suits are provided.
Booking Information:
For this experience, it is recommended to request bookings at least 21-30 days in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
All bookings are final. You may reschedule up to 7 days prior to the event. Failure to give 7 days notice will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
