What to Wear:
Business casual attire is requested. Attire such as khaki pants and a collared shirt are just fine. You may find that some guests are dressed more formally, especially those celebrating special occasions. However, attire varies from comfortable shorts to the more formal. Bring along a light jacket or wrap as it may get a bit breezy on the outer decks.

Booking Information:
For this experience, it is recommended to request bookings 5 days in advance.

Cancellation Policy:
Prior to scheduling/booking a date for this experience, Cloud 9's standard return and exchange policy shall apply. Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rebooking are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the Experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and rebook at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your Experience.

  1. What is the dress attire for the cruises?
    Casual attire, such as khaki pants and collared shirts.
  2. If my party is not able to make it or we miss the ship will we receive a refund?
    There are No Refunds once the Cruise is booked, however with 48-hour notice we will be happy to reschedule your cruise date. If you miss your Cruise without notice, we will not be able to re-schedule. Failure to appear on your booked date will result in a loss of your Cruise. Please call Cloud 9 Living at 866.525.6839 to re-schedule your Brunch Cruise.
  3. What time do I board the ship?
    Boarding time is usually 30 minutes prior to departure for all cruises.  Please check your boarding time when making your reservation.
  4. What time do the cruises depart?
    Departure times, occasionally, are subject to a slight change. Specialty cruises, such as holidays, may be subject to additional fees. Typically Weekends: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
  5. Can you hold a reservation and pay later?
    We do not hold reservations without payment.
  6. Where is the best place to park?
    Tower Bridge Parking Garage at Front Street and Capitol Mall (this is the closest garage) $1.50 per half hour. Old Sacramento Garage at 2nd Street & "I" Street: $1.25 each half hour for the first two hours, $1.00 each additional half hour. There is a parking lot located at Front Street & "L" Street (enter from "L").
  7. What happens if there is inclement weather?
    The cruise sails rain or shine. In the case of severe weather conditions or upon the direction of the U.S. Coast Guard, we will remain dockside.
  8. What kind of entertainment is on board?
    During Champagne Brunch cruises there is no dancing available, however there is background music to ensure a pleasant ambiance. 
  9. What dcor is provided?
    All yachts are decorated with linens, lantern centerpieces, silver and china.
  10. Can we bring our own decorations?
    Small groups without private space can bring table decorations, but early boarding is not allowed.
  11. Can I bring cakes and flowers on board?
    Cakes that do not require refrigeration may be brought on board.  You will be charged a $1.50 per person cake cutting fee.  Small flower bouquets are allowed.
  12. Is the ship handicapped accessible?
    Please call (800) On-The-Bay to discuss local port options.
  13. Is smoking allowed?
    Smoking is allowed on the outside decks only.
