"It almost seemed like the pilot was purposely intending to make me sick in an effort to make me request for the flight to be cut short. After only 1 minute of leaving the ground, the maneuvers started, and there was little to no break from one maneuver to another. Flight time was less than 8 minutes, the $300.00 video was only 7:11 minutes long, which represents how short the flight was compared to what is advertised. The Cloud 9 Living advertisement states 25 minutes for actual flight time, instructor states 15 minutes long, and yet I was in the air for less than 10. Since there was no cancellation allowed when faced with this situation, we got screwed out of the almost $800.00 for a flight and video package that we had to purchase before I could even get in the plane. He informed me that you are misrepresenting the flight time on your website. A very disappointing experience for what could have been a great 50th birthday gift."
