When you step aboard, you will be greeted by a crew member who will kindly escort you to your seat. From here, feel free to order drinks and relax at your table or start to explore the ship along our outdoor strolling decks.

What to Wear:
Business casual attire is requested. Attire such as khaki pants and a collared shirt are just fine. You may find that some guests are dressed more formally, especially those celebrating special occasions. However, attire varies from comfortable shorts to the more formal. Bring along a light jacket or wrap as it may get a bit breezy on the outer decks.

Booking Information:
For this experience, it is recommended to request bookings 5 days in advance.

Cancellation Policy:
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rebooking are allowed up to 14 days prior to the Experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and rebook at least 14 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your Experience.

  1. What is the dress attire for the cruise?
    Casual attire is fine.
  2. What time do I board the ship?
    Boarding time is usually 30 minutes prior to departure for all cruises. Please check your boarding time when making your reservation.
  3. What time do Brunch Cruises Depart?
    Departure times, occasionally, are subject to a slight change. Specialty cruises, such as holidays, may be subject to additional fees.
    Typically 1:00 am - 1:00 pm
  4. Can you hold a reservation and pay later?
    We do not hold reservations without payment.
  5. If my party is not able to make it or we miss the ship will we receive a refund?
    There are No Refunds once the Cruise is booked, however with a 48-hour notice we will be happy to reschedule your cruise date.  If you miss your Cruise without notice, we will not be able to re-schedule. Failure to appear on your booked date will result in a loss of your Cruise. Please call Cloud 9 Living at 866.525.6839 to re-schedule your Cruise.
  6. Where is the best place to park?
    Due to the popularity of the San Diego Bay we recommend allowing a little extra time for parking. The closest parking lot available on a first come, first served basis is the Five Star Parking Lot located on the corner of Pacific Coast Highway & Broadway. There are also metered spots directly across from our the dock. The meters have a 3-hour maximum Monday-Saturday until 6pm. The meters are free after 6pm and on Sundays.
  7. Are there vegetarian options available?
    Yes, vegetarian meals are available and can be arranged at the time of booking.
  8. Do we need to pre-select the menu before the day of cruising?
    No, you do not need to pre-select your menu. We have a menu that you will chose from onboard.
  9. Are gratuities included in the price package?
    Yes. They are included in the cost; however alcoholic beverages or any additional costs are not included.
  10. Is there pre-assigned seating?
    As you board, our captain and marine crew will direct you to your deck. From there the host/hostess will show your party to your assigned table(s). Decks are never guaranteed to non-private groups. We assign seats based on needs and capacity for each cruise.
  11. Are there any age restrictions on your cruises?
    There are no age restrictions our Brunch cruises.
  12. What happens if it rains or snows?
    San Diego is fortunate enough to rarely get rain or inclement weather and our bay is very calm and peaceful. The cruise sails rain or shine. In the very rare case of severe weather conditions or upon the direction of the U.S. Coast Guard, we will remain dockside.
  13. What kind of entertainment is on board?
    Brunch Cruises offer a relaxing selection of background music indoors and a narration of the bay on the outside decks.
  14. Is smoking allowed?
    Smoking is allowed on the outside decks only.
  15. Can we bring our own decorations?
    Small groups without private space can bring table decorations but early boarding is not allowed.
  16. What dcor is provided?
    All yachts are decorated with linens, lantern centerpieces, silver and china.
  17. Can I bring a cake or flowers on board?
    Cakes that do not require refrigeration may be brought on board. You will be charged a $1.50 per person cake cutting fee. Small flower bouquets are allowed.
  18. Can we meet the Captain and visit the bridge?
    Guests are welcome to come and meet the captain and his first mate.
  19. Is the ship handicapped accessible?
