San Francisco Electric Bike Tour

Description:
After your bike fitting, safety orientation and test drive, you'll be ready for your exhilarating adventure to begin. Your knowledgeable guide will share the diverse history of the area with you as you pedal and cruise along the scenic Bay Trail.

You'll start in Fisherman's Wharf near Aquatic Park. Your tour will feature spectacular views of the San Francisco Bay while you visit and explore sites including:

• Fort Mason with its beautiful vistas of Alcatraz
• Golden Gate promenade along Chrissy Field in the Presidio National Park
• Marina Green with views of the Palace of Fine Arts
• A stop at Fort Point to check out the surfers
• 1.7 miles of biking excitement as you cross the Golden Gate Bridge
• A stop at Vista Point where you can look back to San Francisco's skyline
• Sausalito - famous for eclectic shops, art galleries and great restaurants

After your tour of these sites, you'll have the choice of either taking the Gold Fleet Ferry with your guide back to Fisherman's Wharf, or you can choose to continue explore Sausalito and Tiburon on your own with the electric bike and return to San Francisco at your own pace. Your guide will provide directions, maps and a ferry schedule so you can enjoy more time.

Essential Information:
Tour requires a minimum of 4 guests signed up for that date to run.

• Ages 16 and up. Pregnant guests are not allowed on the tour.
• Wear the helmet and safety vest that is provided with the tour.
• Sign a liability waiver.
• Respect road signs, pedestrians, bikes and cars for a safe enjoyable ride.

Weather Dependent:
This experience typically runs rain or shine, but not in thunder storms. Please contact your experience provider regarding weather.

What to Wear:
Comfortable closed toe flat shoes no high heels, sandals or flip flops and an extra layer of warm, wind resistant clothing. Gloves are recommended during the winter months. With the chilly wind, wet fog and damp environment along the waterfront shorts and a t-shirt are NOT a good fashion idea. Each bike has baskets and side bags available to store cameras, light jackets and purses. Backpacks or bulky bags will not fit in the baskets. Please leave bulky backpacks at home.

Booking Information:
For this experience, it is recommended to request bookings at least 14 days in advance of intended date of use to ensure guide availability.

Cancellation Policy:
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rebooking are allowed up to 14 days prior to the Experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and rebook at least 14 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your Experience.
