"Very happy with my experience!"
"Everything was excellent! The receptionist was friendly and thorough whenever I called with questions about my Cloud 9 experience. The staff at Aerodynamic Aviation, who managed my "Learn to Fly Bay Tour", were professional as well as personable. My flight instructor, Patrick, made this flight fun while I learned the basics of flying a small aircraft. This was one of the best gifts I have ever received! Thank You!"
"We booked our flight experience in August in order to have enough time to get hotel rooms, flights and time off of work. However, an hour before we are scheduled to be at the airport, we get a phone call saying we are not able to fly over San Francisco as planned due to Fleet Week and air restrictions. The company offered us to fly over Monteray but that is not what we paid and came all the way up to San Jose to do. I looked up dates for next year's Fleet Week, thinking maybe they arent planned out that far in advance and it was more last minute. However, this was not the case. They already have dates out for next year's Fleet Week events. It was so beyond disappointing to plan an entire vacation around this event and it was a gift, and then have it not happen. I can't believe there is not a master calendar of when these major city events are planned, especially events concerning the Military and how strict they are with anything occuring in water or air, and to still book flights is ridiculous. Now, we have to spend more time, money and energy to re-create a trip in which this should not have been an issue. "
