If you are searching for a calm water rafting trip suitable for any age in Washington State, our Skagit River Bald Eagle River Rafting Float Trip is ideal.

Each winter, hundreds of Bald Eagles congregate in the Skagit River Preserve in Washington State. Sightings of these magnificent and endangered American Bald Eagles on our guided tours are numerous. On this river rafting trip, you'll float calmly and comfortably with other nature enthusiasts on the scenic Skagit River as we potentially spot up to 200 bald eagles.

This is truly an amazing adventure that will give you the chance to enjoy nature, a day on the water, and America's favorite bird - the Bald Eagle.

Essential Information:

You will meet at the Howard Miller Steelhead Park in Rockport. Must be at least 6 years of age for this experience. Remember to bring your binoculars and your waterproof cameras.

Must be a minimum of 6 people for the trip to run.

Duration:
Approximately 4 hours

Maximum Participants:
Up to 7 people plus a guide.

Spectators:
Not Allowed

Weather Dependent:
This experience is weather dependent. Always contact the Experience provider with any questions regarding weather conditions.

What to Wear:
Dress warm, recommended gear list: long underwear (1st layer), sweater and pants (2nd layer), rain jacket and pants (3rd layer), warm hat, gloves or mittens, wool or fleece socks, rubber boots or plastic bags over shoes, and change of dry clothes (leave in car) in case you get splashed. Try to avoid wearing 100% cotton clothing.

Booking Information:
For this experience, it is recommended to request bookings 15 days in advance.

Cancellation Policy:
Prior to scheduling/booking a date for this experience, Cloud 9's standard return and exchange policy shall apply. Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rebooking are allowed up to 15 days prior to the Experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and rebook at least 15 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your Experience.
