Description:
Your expedition begins in the heart of Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. With the adventurous day ahead, you'll stop to view the breathtaking Snoqualmie Falls and experience up close and personal the 268' falls tumbling over granite cliffs into the emerald canyon below.
This place is overflowing with peaks, lakes, rivers and streams and is the perfect region to enjoy the outdoors during the winter. Depending on conditions, your guide will pick the Trail of the Day and you'll embark on an interpretive showshoe through a northwest winter wonderland.
Track and spot wildlife and wintering birds, all the while making sure you have time to just take in some magical scenery. Your naturalist guide will share his vast knowledge of winter ecology and describe for you the forces that have shaped these magnificent lands.
This escape will no doubt quench your thirst for an authentic Pacific Northwest winter adventure!

Essential Information:
Tour includes downtown Seattle hotel pick-up or drop off (if applicable), highly qualified and knowledgeable naturalist guide, travel in adventure fitted luxury Mercedes van or jeep, morning snack and beverage, snowshoes, and all park entry fees.
Your guides practice ecologically responsible tourism. All tours are powered by clean burning alternative bio-diesel fuel produced from domestic, renewable resources.

4 hours; 7:30AM - 11:30AM
Maximum Participants:
You will be accompanied by other tour participants, with a maximum of 10 per tour. For groups larger than 6 please contact Cloud 9 Living directly for pricing.
Spectators:
This experience is only for those on the tour.
Weather Dependent:
This experience is weather dependent. Always contact your experience provider with any questions about weather conditions.
What to Wear:
Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for weather conditions. Good walking shoes or hiking boots, a windbreaker or Gore-Tex shell, a hat for shade and sunglasses are recommended. It is a good idea to dress in layers for maximum comfort.
Booking Information:
For this experience, it is recommended to request bookings at least 7 days in advance of intended date.
Cancellation Policy:
Prior to scheduling/booking a date for this experience, Cloud 9's standard return and exchange policy shall apply. Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no cancellations are allowed, however you may reschedule with a $20 per booking change fee.
