What is Cloud 9 Living?
Cloud 9 Living is an experience gift company that is promoting the concept of giving memorable experiences as unforgettable gifts.

Why should I join the Cloud 9 Partner Program?
The Cloud 9 Partner Program provides an unparalleled opportunity to grow your business. Because we will offer hundreds of different experiences around the country, we are able to market our offering to areas most individual operators cannot; such as large corporations, major retail outlets and to a national consumer base. We allow you to reach new markets and attract new customers for no out of pocket cost.

Will I be the exclusive provider of my experience?
Yes. You will be the exclusive provider of your activity/experience in your area. Once you become a partner, you are essentially "locking out" your competition. This is a tremendous opportunity as we expect to sell thousands of experiences nationwide each month.

What does it cost to join?
There is no cost to join our partner program.� Much like a traditional wholesaler - retailer relationship, we simply ask that you provide us a wholesale rate or net price for your experience(s). This way, there is no direct risk to you as we will only profit from new customers we send to you.

How long does the enrollment process take?
1-2 days

How does the certificate redemption/booking process work?
Cloud 9 handles all certificate redemptions and books experiences directly with you. Customers who are redeeming a certificate will inform Cloud 9 which experience they are interested in and the dates they wish to schedule. We then contact you to arrange the booking and prior to the booked date, send payment to you. This way you have payment in hand prior to providing the experience.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. However, we do ask you to sign our Partner Agreement. This simply outlines the responsibilities of Cloud 9 and you, the supplier. Either party can terminate the relationship at anytime.
